Order Cancellation

  • Full Refund: Orders cancelled before shipment will be eligible for a full refund, which will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Cancellation Not Possible: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return and refund after you receive the product, as per our return policy.

Returns & Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
  • Time Frame: You can return most items purchased from Ecolagro within 7 days of delivery. The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and items marked as “non-returnable,” cannot be returned. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.

  • Return Shipping: In some cases, return shipping costs may be covered by Ecolagro. However, for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect order, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • Refund Approval: After inspection, if your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are returned damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Refund Timelines

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Net Banking: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Wallets/UPI: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.

Undeliverable Orders

  • Refund Process: If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other reasons, we will issue a refund for the order amount, minus any shipping charges.
